Katherine graduated from the University of North Texas with a BA in Spanish, holding a Certificate in Professional Spanish. She has a background of 7 years in hospitality working at a private premiere corporate hotel and training center.

She enjoys hiking, reading books & webtoons, visiting beer gardens, tubing the rivers, and spending time with her husband and tabby-cat Om.
